The tailoring and handling time is the number of business days we will take to process your items before shipping them. This processing includes order verification, quality checking and packaging. This is not included in the shipping time.
Different items and categories have different tailoring and handling times. However, on each item page the information is displayed next to the item photo as shown in the picture below.

It is against federal law to re-sell used hair, so we cannot accept any hair products that have left their original packaging or that look worn or altered in any way.
If you enter the incorrect mailing address, you will need to pay an additional $15 to cover processing expenses before your order is shipped out.
Any order returned due to the customer adding the incorrect address will not be refunded or mailed back out without the customer paying the additional shipping and handling costs.
If you receive an item that is incorrect, email us (email@example.com) photos of the unworn items within 24 hours of receipt. After we confirm a mistake was made, we’ll send you next steps on how to return your items and begin the exchange process.
Please note: Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used. We adhere to strict policies in regards to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns. If the item is removed from the bundle and used in any visible manner, or If the product has been opened or tampered with in any way all exchange policies are voided.The hair must remain in the bundle and not be untied at the top.The hair must be in its original packaging and tagged.Returned packages must include a copy of the original invoice as proof of purchase. Merchandise must be physically received before a exchange can be granted. Please allow 72 hours for processing.
